The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 08/100 (Php 1, 051, 913.08) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Bulk Purchase of Goods/Groceries for all Departments/Offices, CSWD Walk in Clients and Juvenile Home Needs/Use for the 2nd Quarter of 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
