1) The Municipality of Bulalacao, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of 1 Unit Compactor Garbage Truck. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Bulalacao now invites bids for School Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty Calendar Days (20). Bidders should have completed, at least 5 (Five) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
