1. The Municipality of Hinunangan, through the Trust Fund CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Food Processing Equipment with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
