1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-one Pesos and 16/100 Centavos Only (Php 6, 994, 471.16) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Grocery Supplies Under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
