1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to
apply the sum of Thirteen Million Pesos Only (Php 13, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF
OUTSOURCED JANITORIAL SERVICES Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The SIMC-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods is required as prescribed in the Schedule of Requirements after issuance of a
