The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Dental Chair Unit Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
