The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php 15, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies for Nursing Service under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
