Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PACKAGE 14-2021: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS UN-PLASTICIZED POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (uPVC) PIPES & FITTINGS

1. The BUTUAN CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the funding of the Local Government Unit of the City Government of Butuan per Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between the City Government of Butuan and the Butuan City Water District dated December 2, 2019, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos and 69/100 (₱1, 463, 359.69) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Package 14-2021: Supply And Delivery Of Various Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) Pipes & Fittings approved by the BCWD Board of Directors per Resolution No. 074-2021 on August 16, 2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
