1. The BLGU-Cawayan, Claveria, Masbate, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Seventy Five Pesos (Php 200, 075.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Hardware Materials for Water Supply Development. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
