The subject of the order are services consisting in investment management and performing the function of multi-sector investor supervision for the task titled: Construction of a building with cloakroom and sanitary facilities along with a complete technical infrastructure and associated facilities, demolition of existing farm buildings and development of the area of the Zakrzw Stadium sports complex at ul. Niepodlegoci 6 in Wrocaw, implemented on plots no. 2/2 and part of plot no. 2/4, AR-11, Zakrzow area, including the construction of a two-story cloakroom-sanitary, administrative-technical and warehouse-utility building (gross volume 7, 110.74 m, total area 1, 557.12 m) along with the necessary technical infrastructure, internal and external installations and land development, after the demolition of the two existing buildings non-residential buildings.
