The order involves providing investor supervision over the renovation of the roof covering and lightning protection installation of the historic building of the former Roger's Hospital, which is currently the seat of the ZPKW Branch Office in Rudy at ul. Raciborska 10, 47-430 Rudy, and located on plot no. 123/56 (registration plot ID 241105_5.0006.AR_2.123/56). The building was erected in 1858 and was entered into the register of monuments on May 31, 1991 Katowice Voivodeship class A, registration number A/1425/91 (decision number: PSOZ-53400/R/93/2/91).
