Task No. 1 Performing the function of an investor's supervision inspector in the installation industry in the field of heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage networks, installations and devices. The subject of the order is the provision of a service called: Supervision service investor, for the task entitled: Execution of construction works in the design and build formula for the task entitled: Construction of the Mental Health Center in SPZOZ in Brzesko. The detailed scope of the supervised investment is determined by: Functional and Utility Program, together with annexes and additional requirements of the Ordering Party, constituting Annex no. 1 to this SWZ and responses to the Contractors' inquiries submitted during the procedure for the implementation of construction works for the above-mentioned investment task.
