The subject of the order is investor supervision during the implementation of the task titled: Increasing the potential of the Local Government Cultural Center in Mielec by modernizing and expanding the building of the Cultural Center. Characteristics of the subject of the order: 1) The supervision service includes full services the scope of the order to be carried out by the contractor of construction works specified in the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR);2) the service includes investor's supervision of the following industries: construction, construction and installation in in the field of heating, ventilation, water supply and sewage networks, installations and devices, and installation in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices;3) the supervision service covers all activities resulting from the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction law; The scope of construction works covered by supervision is specified in the design documentation and STWIOR available at: https://mielec.bip.gov.pl/publiccontracts/view/57679 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapters II and III of this SWZ.
