The bidder must submit a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document In one of the chambers of industry, agriculture, commerce, or tourism, a fixed financial stamp of /1001/SYP will be affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp of /51/SYP, a war effort stamp of /3/SYP, and a martyr-s stamp of /2/SYP.
