1. The subject of the order is the provision of services including investment representation for the investment task entitled: "Improvement of the energy efficiency of eight public infrastructure buildings located in Wałbrzych and covered by conservation supervision, through their thermal modernization", in the scope of the building of the 1st Secondary School with Bilingual Departments located at ul. I. Paderewskiego 17 in Wałbrzych, in accordance with the building permit, Design Documentation, STWiORB, Specification of the Terms and Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to as the "SWZ" and agreements concluded by the Ordering Party with the Contractors and Institutions co-financing the Task and in accordance with applicable legal regulations, i.e. comprehensive legal, financial and technical services for the Task, settlement of funds allocated by the Ordering Party for its implementation, and cooperation in the implementation of contracts for financing the Task. The duties of the substitute investor will include: 1) Administration of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with Contractors of Works on the Task. 2) Cooperation with the Ordering Party in the implementation of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with Institutions co-financing the Task. 3) Fulfilling on behalf of the Ordering Party all obligations arising from the implementation of the Task, specified in the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Pb with implementing acts. 4) Representing the Ordering Party during the implementation of the Agreement towards authorities, offices, courts, Task partners and other institutions, including documents...
