Auction announcement to praise and invest in a gas water plant in the industrial zone
The Presidency of the City Council of Tartous announces the holding of an auction for the first time to establish and invest a gas water juice plant on the property No. (315) House Kamuna Real Estate in the industrial area according to the book of technical, financial, legal and planned terms and according to the following
Bid bond / 10, 000, 000 SP / ten million SP for each partition paid by certified check or cash in the city fund or bank guarantee
Performance bond / 10% of the value of the investment allowance and the full duration of the investment
Investment Period / Twenty-five Gregorian /
The annual investment allowance is auctioned
The Bidder shall be bound by his bid / 60 / days from the date of notification of the auction
The price of the deposit / 10, 000 SYP ten thousand Syrian pounds is reviewed and purchased from the Department of the Industrial Zone in the city council
The annual investment allowance is increased according to the percentages specified in the book of conditions
The bidder who signed the auction and after the signing of the contract and within a period of three days pay the amount of (15000000) SP Fifteen million Syrian pounds to the city fund as a value for the transfer of the water well located in the site
