Tender documents for the above Projects are available for collection as mentioned in the above table from Aspire Zone Foundation General Tender Committee Office from 7:30AM to 12:00PM (Tel No. 44136727) located at Aspire Zone New office Located inside Aspire Park behind Villagio Mall & next to Hamad Aquatic Center) upon presentation of a formal letter of authorization on Company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, copy of the Commercial Registration, copy of the ID, and a stamped receipt for the non-refundable documentation fee (as mentioned above) which should be paid to Qatar National Bank, Account No. 0013-012515-052 (ASPIRE ZONE). Site visits for the above tenders will start on 21/02/2016 interested companies are advised to purchase the tender document(s) before that date in order to be able to attend the site visit.
Submission of Tenders shall follow the one-ENVELOPE bidding system.
Aspire Zone has the right to split the award of the tender.
The Closing time will be at 12:00 Noon, on the closing date mentioned above; any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted in triplicate (1 Original + 2 Copies) in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Chairman of Aspire Zone Foundation, General Tender Committee as endorsed in Arabic and English and deposited in the Tender Box of Aspire Zone Foundation Tender Committee.
