The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF), Office of Investment Management (OIM), is seeking Expression of Interest (“EOI”) from experienced institutional investment consultants with a strong track record advising large public funds and overseeing externally managed portfolios. The consultant must have at least five years of experience and demonstrated work with at least five institutional clients, each with over USD 50 billion in assets, as of Q1 2026, invested through external managers. The client base, its AUM and the consultant-s experience must be clearly disclosed. The required scope of services includes but not limited to:- Deep research coverage across equities, fixed income, and specialty strategies; - Full portfolio oversight responsibilities such as ongoing performance monitoring of external managers, strategic and tactical asset allocation, rebalancing;- Conducting end-to-end manager searches and making recommendations on hiring or terminating managers and implementation plan;- Risk management advice, including factor exposure and attribution analysis;- Advising clients who apply a Total Portfolio Approach and use customized benchmarks and has internally managed assets;- Evaluating manager contributions at the overall fund level; - Offering access to proprietary or third-party investment databases.
