As part of the restoration and redevelopment of the Jas de Bouffan estate, project management for the historic monument (MH) parts - including the bastide - was entrusted to the ARCHIGEM group, Heritage architect agency. Following the initial diagnostics, urgent enclosed and covered work had to be undertaken in preparation for the opening of the site in June 2026.
