Services are paid by fixed prices. As part of the restoration and redevelopment of the Jas de Bouffan estate, project management for the historic monument (MH) parts - including the bastide - was entrusted to the ARCHIGEM group, Heritage architect agency. Following the first diagnostics, urgent enclosed and covered work had to be undertaken with a view to opening the site in June 2026. However, in parallel with the architectural diagnostics and the work carried out, to opening to the public in June 2026, on the painted decorations, it is necessary to carry out a series of surveys and investigations and to study in particular the stratigraphy of the paintings and painted joinery in targeted locations, making it possible to identify the chromatic states potentially from the Cézanne period and to establish a relative chronology. These investigations are essential to highlighting and dating the different rooms and decorations of the bastide, as well as to their connection on a technical and chronological level, in order to determine the final restoration options and the processes and methodology to be implemented
