Tender Details

The purpose of the assignment is to investigate the need for regulatory change(s) in connection with the processing of personal data in cases concerning negative social control, honour-related violence, forced marriage and genital mutilation (hereafter negative social control and honour-related violence). The assessment must be reassessedunderstand personal data processing carried out by the Competence team against negative social control and honour-related violence, diversity advisors and special envoys for integration matters. The knowledge must supplement the ongoing investigation of the overall legal issues carried out by the legislative committeem negative social control. The agreement has a time frame from the conclusion of the contract to the submission of the final report on 30 September 2024, and has a total financial framework of NOK 600, 000 excl. VAT. The estimate is not binding on the client. For a detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the agreement.
