Short description : The contractor will investigate the responsibilities of the child welfare and tasks related to the unborn life. The assignment includes, inter alia, giving a recommendation on what responsibility child welfare should have for unborn life, and suggest how this should be regulated in the Child Welfare Act. The assignment includes assessing which increasesThe child welfare service should possibly be able to put in front of the pregnant woman and what purpose the measures should take care of. This should be considered in light of the relationship between child welfare and health and care services' responsibilities and tasks.
