INVEST 1 PRODUCTION AND OFFICE BUILDING, shared contract Ventilation and automation contract The construction site includes the construction of Vimpelin Invest Oy's factory and office project in accordance with the attached contract calculation documents. To the subject of acquisition production and office premises will be placed in the new building. In addition, the building will have social facilities, civil protection facilities and a canteen. The form of contract is a shared contract, where the contractor of the construction engineering works acts as the main contractor and the legislation intended as the main implementer. Earthworks, plumbing and geothermal work, air conditioning and automation work, and electrical work are performed as subcontracts subordinated to the main contractor in accordance with subcontract RT 80271. According to this notice building engineering contract procurement includes a sub-contract of a shared contract, the expected value of which exceeds the national threshold set in § 25 of Act 1397/2016 (Construction contracts) of €150, 000.00 (VAT 0%), but falls below the EU threshold set in § 26 of Act 1397/2016 (Construction contracts) €5, 404, 000.00 (VAT 0%).
