The delivery includes 3 sets of assemblies for the observation of cell cultures: inverted microscope + LED fluorescence (UV/B/G) + phase contrast + image acquisition and analysis system. The assembly is used for routine observation of cell cultures on an inverted microscope v transmitted light (brightfield) and in phase contrast to check the morphology and confluence of living, unstained cells in common plastic culture vessels. It also enables basic fluorescence microscopy in at least three channels (UV, blue and green excitation or equivalent) for commonly used fluorophores.
