Region: Southland Overview: Invercargill City Council requires delivery of a survey with residents of the city (including but not limited to ratepayers) where data is collected on a continuous basis throughout the financial year (1 July to 30 June) and reported quarterly. The survey is required to deliver three types of data: 1. Performance 2. Topical issues 3. Level of service and investment. The results of this survey will be used to: · Report on annual KPIs for different areas of Council. · Inform Councillors decision making as part of the Long-term Plan. · Inform Councillors and Executive leaders- decision making in relation to strategic planning for delivery of Council services.
