Inventorying and cleaning fiber optic network connection bins The object of the contract is the conclusion of framework agreements for the inventorying and cleaning of the inspection chambers of the Sibelga optical fiber network. By inventory, we mean the systematic mapping and documentation of all relevant data, such as the precise location, physical characteristics, internal structure and technical condition of the inspection chambers, as well as the present cable infrastructure, such as pipes, cables and subducts. Environmental factors that may impact management, maintenance or future works are also taken into account. The aim of the market is to conclude a cascading Framework Agreement with the first 2 Bidders classified according to the award criteria. Only the Bidder ranked first according to the award criteria will be considered an active Bidder. The other Bidder, (ranked second), will be considered as Reserve bidder. His contract can only be activated in the event of default by the active Contractor.
