PHO requires a hosted cloud-based (standalone) inventory management system that supports real-time, lab-wide tracking of reagent stock and lab consumables by lot number (where applicable), expiry (where applicable), and location and must be compatible with generic 2D barcode scanner. Project Scope The system will serve the following operational areas within PHO: - Central Inventory Management Unit - Toronto-based Central Lab (13 sub-labs) - 10 Regional Labs - Finance and Audit stakeholders - IT Security and Systems Administrators The system shall be used by approximately 54 users with varying access levels, including users assigned to one or more labs, administrators, and super users. Current inventory levels are approximately 300 SKUs that will be imported into the system.
