Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to prepare inventory documentation and technical expertise of existing protective facilities for two buildings in order to determine the necessary scope of construction works and estimated investment costs allowing them to achieve the status of an emergency shelter/protective structure category U-1. The task is carried out as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program. 2. Preparation of the study includes an inventory and expert opinions on the technical condition existing protective structures (inspection of the condition of foundations, open pits, laboratory tests, etc.) and assessment of the possibility of performing protective functions within the scope of section 2. 2, in connection with 13 points 5, 6 and 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of February 21, 2025 on the criteria for recognizing buildings or their parts as protective structures, buildings located at ul. Bulwar Gdaski 7 and at ul. Leona Heyki 25 in Szczecin, along with specifying the works necessary to be performed meeting the currently applicable requirements for protective facilities separately for each facility, providing adaptation costs, i.e. estimating the expenditure...
