⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

⒜ Security Functions

・Functions provided by Microsoft 365 E5, such as integrated authentication (Entra ID), device management (Intune), EDR functions (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint), SIEM functions (Sentinel), and electronic certificate functions (Cloud PKI), shall be provided with functionality equivalent to or better than the current functions.

・The service shall include a tool that enables efficient management of smartphones lent by JST. The tool shall be able to manage both iOS and Android smartphones and shall be usable together with Intune.

⒝ Groupware Functions

・The groupware functions provided by Microsoft 365 E5, including the portal start page, email/calendar (Exchange), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications, shall provide functions equivalent to or better than the current functions.

・The portal function, which serves as the start page, shall be capable of automatic updating. The portal start page shall be displayed in a browser and shall support Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

⒞ Additional Email Functions

・Additional email functions, such as email misdelivery prevention and automatic separation of email attachments, are not provided by Microsoft 365 E5. Therefore, these functions shall be implemented by integrating separate services, such as through SSO.
