"Introduction of energy efficiency measures, engineering - design, author's supervision and implementation of the MRS of "Multifamily residential building, Kyustendil, 55 Dondukov Street, block 7" The scope of the public procurement position includes the following activities: Activity 1 - Preparation of an investment project: Development of an investment project in the "technical design" phase in compliance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; When preparing the project, the selected the contractor should comply with the mandatory measures to maintain and secure the site prescribed in the Passport from the survey to establish the technical characteristics and in the Energy Survey Report and the Energy Performance Certificate of buildings in operation. Activity 2 - Implementation of the MIA for the construction of the site: The planned MIA includes all activities for energy renovation - for the implementation of EE measures and all activities for the implementation of mandatory measures, prescribed by the Survey to establish the technical characteristics for the site, according to the developed investment project.
