Moreover, the application reception window for this qualification, as listed in the supplementary table of the government procurement notice in the official gazette dated March 31, 2026, Government Procurement Issue No. 58, is open for applications at any time.

② Not fall under Article 70 and Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the required consent for contract conclusion are eligible as special cases under Article 70.

③ Not be within the period of suspension of business transactions by the President of this organization.

④ Not be members of criminal organizations as stipulated under the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), nor their members, quasi-members, or related persons.
