That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an Agreement for the Supply of Supplies for Ultrasound Equipment intravascular for 36 months for Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the care work; That he Hospital del Salvador, as a national reference center and member of the Eastern Assistance Network, must ensure the permanent and continuous care of the beneficiaries of the Public Health System in its jurisdiction. REF: Supply Agreement for Intravascular Ultrasound Equipment for 36 months for Hospital del Salvador That, considering the upcoming transfer and the fitting out of the new facilities, it is necessary to make new contracts to ensure compatibility with the equipment acquired through the concessionaire and guarantee its proper operation. That the continuity of direct health care for people constitutes an essential element, given the healthcare nature of the establishment, and the timely, safe and uninterrupted provision of services to patients must be safeguarded at all times.
