Intervention management EN 2.0 Objectives of the project This project aims to provide a solution that makes it possible to implement SBB-Energie's intervention management process from the intervention request through to execution. The tool to obtain makes it possible to plan and coordinate interventions on high-voltage systems (production and high-voltage network) and to create the documents necessary for interventions. The ultimate goal is to achieve the solution used today substitute. Object of procurement The subject of the procurement is a standard market solution for the efficient implementation of the intervention management process for the SBB high-voltage network and the SBB production units. The scope of delivery includes a tried and tested one Software product from the market environment that can be integrated into the existing SBB IT infrastructure and operated there. With the support of SBB, the provider adapts the software to the needs of SBB. This includes both parameterization as well as customizing. The provider supports SBB in the migration from the old to the new system with data imports to initially fill the application. The provider provides training support (train the trainer) and the provision of appropriate Documents available. After going live, the provider offers third-level support.
