Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has a requirement to provide interpretive media, including graphic design and fabrication for indoor and outdoor interpretive panels, trail waysides, and kiosks for all field stations and offices. This requirement is designed to respond to the needs of USFWS field stations and offices for new small interpretive media projects as well as rehabilitation, redesign, and additions to existing interpretive signs and panels. This will be a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The period of performance will be five (5) years. The maximum five (5) year shared ceiling is $1, 250, 000.00. The individual BPA Call limit is $250, 000.00. Any warranted Contracting Officer or authorized purchase cardholder belonging to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service or any of its offices may order against this BPA within their delegated warrant authority, provided the BPA does not exceed the $1, 250, 000.00. This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F0S24R0015. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This requirement is a small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541430, Graphic Design Services with a business size standard of $9 million.
