Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of translation and interpreting services related to the support of visits of foreign delegations, trips abroad, meetings with the participation of foreign guests as well as conferences, training and other events organized by Senate and the Senate Chancellery, preparing documents and exchanges of official and unofficial correspondence and preparing publications issued by the Senate Chancellery, for 24 months starting from the day following the date of conclusion of the agreement. Subject of the order includes in particular:1.1. written translations of: minutes, reports, speeches, guidelines, opinions, regulations, legal standards, information materials and all correspondence in this regard, including materials related to Poland's membership in the European Union, in the field of international law, international relations, official correspondence in accordance with the principles of diplomatic protocol, post-conference materials and publications, including popularizing and educational ones;1.2. content and language verification of translators written materials referred to in points 1.1;1.3. writing down a text audio track (audio description);1.4. t...
