Tender Details

The request for tender concerns interpreting services for the welfare region of South Karelia.

The object of the procurement is described in the appendix to the tender request Service description.

The contract is scheduled to start on August 1, 2024 and it will end on July 31, 2026.

The customer reserves the option to extend the contract with option periods of 1 1 years.

Interpreting

ClosedInterpretation is a two-way or one-way interpretation of a conversation between an employee of the Client and an individual or a small group. The scope of business interpreting includes

interpreting of meetings, discussions, negotiations, etc.with that or another expert. Interpretation can be aimed at one or more people.

Pre-booked remote interpreting

Remote interpreting means interpreting that takes place via a phone, mobile phone, smart device

app, video, video phone, Teams connection or other similar internet baseby means of Isen's

communication service or other technical aid. Communication services and/or other technical aids to be used are agreed on a per assignment basis. Message interpretation With message interpretation, the interpreter conveys the written message received in advance to the person specified by the Client.per kilo. person who is the subject of the interpretation.
