Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of simultaneous online interpreting services on the Internet into Polish Sign Language, hereinafter referred to as PJM, for Senate meetings, briefings, committee and subcommittee deliberations, conferences and other events, as well as the provision of simultaneous live interpreting services on PJM during Senate events. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the contract, is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the order was not divided into parts. Not dividing the contract into parts is more advantageous for the ordering party in economic and organizational terms than awarding the contract in parts. 5. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor or subcontractors. 6. The ordering party requires that in the event of entrusting part of the order to a subcontractor, the contractor must indicate in the offer form, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, those parts of the order whose performance it intends to entrust to a subcontractor and provide (if known) the name of this subcontractor. 7. Entrusting part of the order to a subcontractor does not release the contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the order. 8.
