Internet Service Providers (ISP) - Internet Service Agreement. Valid for one (01) year from the first day of receipt. Location: Morazan Center Building, Tower one (01), sixth floor, local 10610, Blvd. Morazan, Tegucigalpa. Technical specification: a) Dedicated and guaranteed 1:1 link. b) Bandwidth: 80 MG. Include agreement for non-availability of services (penalty). Mask /29, IP version 4. C) block 8 public IPv4 IPs (5 free for use). D) Must include an NOC of 24/7/365 customer service for failures or damages which must be scalable. E) It must include software or link to monitor the network, its status and review in real time, Web or application. All equipment, material and installation and other devices that are needed must be at the provider's expense to guarantee the link. Indications to potential bidders: 1. The award will be based on the technical suitability of the bidders who guarantee quality of the services. Art 52 of the LCE. Modifications to the contract: they will be subject to the General Provisions of the Budget and State Contracting Law. They will be communicated to the winning company at all times.
