Internet Service Providers (ISP) - The contracting of internet service for a period of six (6) months is required for the Electoral Justice Tribunal for the continuity of institutional activities. Technical specifications: Capacity and sizing: two hundred and fifty megabits per second (250 Mbps) symmetrical bandwidth; scalability with minimum increments of fifty megabits per second (50 Mbps) without infrastructure change; protection against overload attacks (DoS/DDoS); minimum support of two hundred fifty-five (255) concurrent users; support for servers, VPN, video conferencing and cloud services; NOC in national territory with operation twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty-five days a year (7/24/365); at least two (2) links with global reach to the Internet that do not depend on intermediaries, TIER 1 qualification.
