Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 5.1 and 5.2, FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) - The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on (https://Sam.Gov/).



The solicitation number is N4008525Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms, and conditions as well as applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05, effective August 1, 2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 517111 and the Small Business Standard is $1, 500 employees. This requirement is being procured as Unrestricted.



The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a Sole Source basis to Charter Communications Operation LLC, 12405 Powerscourt Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63131, USA, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
