Uppsala University hereby invites suppliers to apply to participate in a procurement of an internet service for administration of home sampling in a research study. The purpose of the study is to establish a biobank with blood samples for evaluation of new biomarkers for cancer screening. The suppliershall Provide an IT system for sending invitation letters (digital alt. In paper format), collect the study participants' consent signs signed with bank ID and order, package and send out home sampling kit. The study will comprise 100, 000 individuals and last for at least threeyear.
