This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Township of East Zorra-Tavistock (“East Zorra-Tavistock”) on behalf of the Participating Municipalities of the County of Oxford (collectively referred to herein as the “Participating Municipalities” and as listed below) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals to provide internet and telephone voting system services for use in the 2026 Municipal Election in accordance with the Municipal Election Act of Ontario. This will include (but is not limited to) the training of municipal staff on how to operate internet and telephone voting system services and consistent monitoring of these services before, during, and after the election has been completed, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
