Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the planning, implementation and coordination of the Mentoring Program offered by Work in Finland to managers and front-line employees of Finnish SMEs. The supplier is responsible for planning the mentoring program, facilitating mentoring, formation of mentoring pairs, participant communication and live and remote coaching included in the program. Procurement is carried out in close cooperation with the Customer. The customer is involved in every step of the procurement and also participates in the implementation of the procurement in certain stages (e.g. marketing and communication, events are held at the Customer's premises, etc.). The customer always makes the final decisions before implementing them regarding matters related to the Mentoring Program. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in appendix 1 of the request for tenders (Description of the object of procurement). One (1) Supplier will be selected as the executor of the procurement. The planned start date of the contract period is 1 September 2026. Actually, the Supplier and the Customer start planning the 2027 Mentoring Program and other related measures 10/2026. See the preliminary schedule in more detail in Appendix 1 (Description of the object of procurement) in Section 5.3.
