The subject of this public procurement is foreign trips arising in the interest of the contracting authority and inbound trips from abroad, i.e. for representatives of the sport of athletics (athletes, coaches, other professionals, the management of the Contracting Authority, employees, other authorized persons organization of official trips of persons) within and outside Europe, as well as related services (airline tickets, transportation of sports equipment, car rental, other vehicles, e.g. minibus, bus rental, trip cancellation insurance, other tickets, organization and provision of additional services, transfer administration, booking, and visa administration information) within and outside Europe. International travel organization services. The Hungarian Athletic Association (hereinafter: In the case of international travel necessary during the operation of the Bidder), travel is carried out individually and in smaller (over 10 people) and large (over 50 people) groups. Destinations are the given event (world competition, other international competition, training camp, depending on the nature of the conference, further training, etc.), destinations within or outside Europe. Due to the particularities of the sport, it is of utmost importance to transport athletic sports equipment (javelins and pole vaulting poles) with a traditional or discount airline also, in the case of which it is also a special requirement that these special sports equipment (javelins are 2.8 and 3.4 m long, and pole vaulting poles are 4.5 and 5.2 m long) travel together with the passenger.
