This tendering will acquire journalists to supply the northern co-operation area (Lapin HVA or Lapha, Kainuu HVA, or Kainuu, Northern Ostrobothnia HVA or Pohde, Central Ostrobothnia HVA) via international recruitment nurses and community nurses outside the EU and EEA countriesaccording to the need for each welfare area. Based on the tendering, the PEHe forms a framework agreement. The buyer and the supplier shall conclude commission agreements on orders based on the framework agreement, which specifies the details of the order, such as the number of persons required andprofession, working time, work location, length of employment, and starting work.

In accordance with the attached service description:

• Recruitment

• Training in the country of origin

• Imports

• Integration and support process

• Training in Finland

• Orientationand support to the buyer

• Reporting.

Each welfare area assesses its own recruitment needs and will make the assignment to the supplier as needed.

Estimate of the recruitment required during 2025 is:

• Powers 30 nurses

• Call 10 nurses

• Lapha 15 nurses

• There is no need for Kainuu2025, in the future about 35-40 nurses per year.

Wellbeing areas do not commit to minimum acquisition volumes. The maximum number of employees to be recruited through the framework arrangement and the possible option periods shall be 840 employees.September-Olukaku ...
