The purpose of the Standing Offer is to cover International Media Buying services with one or more suitable suppliers that can meet the needs outlined below. Requirements/demonstrated capability : • Global media buying network to secure international media for global marketing campaigns promoting a range of Australian goods, services and investment opportunities. • Designing and recommending global media strategies and media • designing and implementing global media strategies and media plans. • Regular, timely reporting on delivery, and performance and insights against campaign objectives. • Trade and investment and industry expertise in some or all of the following sectors : international education, tourism, agriculture or agribusiness, critical minerals, net zero or green economy, technology including AI, quantum or fintech.??? • Attribution modelling and utilising digital performance data to provide a measure of a global brands- digital share of voice will be a significant advantage. • Analysis of international markets for key media vehicles, recommended spend potential, competitors, seasonality and key messages of competitors via media monitoring tools. will be a significant advantage. • Vendors are asked to complete the fields detailed at Attachment A : Vendor Security Requirements and Attachment B : System Cyber Security Requirements.
