The objective of the assignment is to assist the Ministry of Health, key partners and stakeholders in carrying out an assessment of the quality of care provided at the hospital level, to identify key areas that can be improved, and to develop a specific action plan by use of the WHO Hospital care for mothers and newborn babies: quality assessment and improvement tool. The assignment includes preparation for the assessment, coordination of data collection and development of the recommendations and action plan.
