The transfer of treated materials as waste. The present Framework Agreement includes fixed-rate services, on purchase orders and on subsequent contracts. It has a duration of 3 firm years and includes an option to extend for one year. This Framework Agreement is sensitive within the meaning of article 5.3.2 of the decree of 9 August 2021 approving general interministerial instruction No. 1300 on the protection of national defense secrets.
