Internal inspection of the DN 1400 pipeline The subject of the order is the performance of an internal inspection of the gas pipeline for the purpose of collecting data from the lines of the transmission network, with the help of which the technical condition of the lines in operation is monitored in accordance with the ASME B31G standard using the Magnetic Flux technique Leakage (MFL). Carrying out an internal inspection on 4 sections of the 4th line of the DN 1400 / 56" gas pipeline with a total length of 448.2 km: I.section 1: KS01 - KS02 in length 112.1 km; Section II 2: KS02 - KS03 in length 110.7 km; III.section 3: KS03 - KS04 in length 112.7 km; Section IV 4: KS04 - HPS Lanžhot with a length of 112.7 km. Internal inspections of gas pipelines consist of the following activities: a) Mobilization of supplier personnel and inspection equipment with accessories to the inspection site. b) Operation of the MFL inspection equipment in designated sections. c) Delivery operational report (Operations report). d) Delivery of a pre-processed report (Preliminary report). e) Processing and delivery of the final report (Final report) for each section according to ASME B31G standards. f) Delivery of software for displaying inspection reports data. The DN 1400 gas pipeline will be cleaned by Eustream with its cleaning equipment. The run through the cleaning equipment will be carried out with the installed calibration plate, which will sufficiently verify the patency of the gas pipeline for the run through the supplier's inspection equipment so that it was not necessary to perform a run with the supplier's profile device before the inspection run.
