Internal control and operation/maintenance electrical - RK2026
The purpose of the procurement is to establish two framework agreements that will ensure good and documentable internal control EL, and cover the municipality's supplementary needs for electrical services including material beyond the use of own labour. We must have different ones suppliers in these two service areas. The agreement will ensure stability and quality in service provision by increasing the capacity and expertise in this type of service. The municipality is therefore looking for contracting parties who are efficient and competent, with positive collaborative qualities. The supplier must ensure the municipality's documentation via digital logging. The municipality uses Facilit FDVU. Calls for services, materials for management, operation and maintenance of property, buildings and facilities are made using this electronic solution. The duration of the contract is 2 years with the right to an extension for 1+1 years. The value of the competition is estimated at respectively NOK 14 million for subcontract 1, operation and maintenance, with a maximum value of NOK 15.1 million. And NOK 1.8 million, with a maximum value of NOK 2.3 million over four years for subcontract 2, internal control. The need may be greater or less during the contract period, e.g. as a result of that the municipality acquires new or disposes of buildings.
